Roxanna Mae Batz, 71, of Palmdale, Calif., and originally of Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009, in Palmdale, Calif. Roxanna musically performed and recorded along side her husband, Ernest Batz Sr. of "The Flying Dutchman," and also enjoyed trichlem painting. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Ernest Batz Sr.; her children, Rick Westfall, Barry (Terry) Westfall and Jeff Westfall; her stepchildren, Cindy Weinhold, Ricky (Robin) Batz, Ernie Jr. (Audrey) Batz and Randy (Cheryl) Batz; her brothers, Bill Weaver, Lennard Weaver and Roy Weaver. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Barry George Westfall. Burial will be held in Salem Reform Church Cemetery, Bethel, Pa. Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale, Calif., was in charge of the arrangements.
