Most of this information came from Frank and Betty Keiser in the late 80's and early 90's.
Betty is in a nursing home with Alzheimers. Frank Henry Keiser served in the Pacific Theater during WW2 . Betty Miller Keiser told me years ago, around 1985, that she never knew her father and was told he died before she was born. When she was in her late teens she found her birth certificate in a trunk in the attic and the woman she thought to be her mother was actually her aunt. She called her real mother to talk about the circumstances of her birth. Her mother agreed to a meeting on a Friday afternoon, but was killed in a traffic accident the day before the meeting. Betty said it was rumored that her father was a Fitzgerald of the Kennedy family but never did find out. She said her mother was a private person, very close mouthed, and said little to her family.
