In the name of God, Amen. I the undersigned Michael Unger, in Windsor Township, Berks County and State of Pennsylvania, Who is in truth frail and weak, but yet of full understanding, memory and Judgement as much so as in my healthy days, Make and declare herewith, these presents to by my last will and Testament to wit,

Firstly, It is my will that my just debts and funeral expences be paid a soon as conveniently can be out of my Estate, by my hereinafter names Executors, and shall as soon as possible after my decease take an Inventory of my household furniture, outstanding debts, and other moveable things, and as soon as can be, my Executors shall sell at Public Vendue, all my Land situate in Windsor township, Berks County, in one year after my decease. And shall give the purchaser or purchasers thereof a Deed in due form of Law, and the money arising therefrom shall be divided among my twelve children in equal shares, Namely: Maria, Sarah, John, William, Michael, Elizabeth, Susanna, Daniel, David, Benneville, the Children of my daughter Catherina, and Christina's children. Except my son Benneville, shall only have fifteen dollars out of my moveable estate. If any one of my children should be dissatisfied on account of the Legacy, then such shall be entirely excluded and his or her share shall be divided among the rest, who are satisfied. My apparel shall be distributed to my six sons, And Lastly I nominate herewith my two sons William and Daniel to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament, but they shall only have for Executor wages for to settle my things forty dollars and shall give Bail, and in conclusion, I again declare these presents consisting is a sheet of paper, to be my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal. Thus done in Windsor township Berks County, the tenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five.
