Born in Philipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Summerfield and Mary Bair Test. On May 16, 1939, in Beccaria, she married Gilbert Patterson, who survives at home.
She worked for Charles Navasky and Co. in Philipsburg.
She was a member of the Coal Run Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in rural Osceola Mills.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Janet Mease of Edgewater, Fla.; a son, Gilbert G. Patterson of Osceola Mills; two sisters, Ruth Ashcroft of Philipsburg and Leone Vaughn of North Philipsburg; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Linda Sahm; three sisters; and three brothers preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Heath Funeral Home, 701 Lingle St., Osceola Mills.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. R. Wayne Focht officiating.
Burial will be in Umbria Cemetery, Osceola Mills.
