Minnie K. King, of Denver, was 110
Minnie K. King, 110, of 306 Monroe St., Denver, died Sunday morning of natural causes at Ephrata Community Hospital where she had been a patient for four days. She had resided in Denver most of her life and lived on her own until becoming a resident of the Denver Nursing Home in February. Mrs. King had been employed at the former A. N. Wolf Shoe Co. in Denver, where she worked until she was 92 years old. She enjoyed gardening, particularly vegetables, and sold the seedlings from her home. She also liked embroidery and baking. She was the oldest member of Swamp Lutheran Church in Reinholds.
She was the wife of Park S. King, who died in 1985. Born in West Cocalico Township, she was a daughter of the late Jeremiah and Caroline Click Hirneisen. Surviving are nine nieces and nephews.
