Kirby J. Weidenhammer, 74, of Morris Tioga County, formerly of Fleetwood, died Thursday night at 9:30 in the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellboro, Tioga County, where he had been a patient since Monday.
He was the husband of Carrie E. (Moyer) Weidenhammer. Born in Greenwich Township, he was a son of the late Solon Weidenhammer and Mamie (Kershner) Reimert. Weidenhammer had been employed by the Carpenter Technology Corp., as a steelworker for 31 years before retiring in 1976. He was a member of the United Church of Christ congregation of St. John's (Gernant's) Union Church, Leesport. He was a former secretary of Morris Fire Co. The Milkins Funeral Home Inc., Temple, is in charge of arrangements.
