June R. (Schappell) Hill, 85, of Perry Township died June 25 in her home.
She was the widow of Milton D. Hill, who died March 13, 2008.
Born in Perry Township, she was the daughter of the late Calvin D. and Irene S. (Weik) Schappell.
She worked for the Merritt Underwear Company, Shoemakersville, for 32 years as a folder and examiner, retiring in 1989.
She attended the Hamburg Bible Church and was a member of the Shoemakersville Senior Citizens and the Shoemakersville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by two daughters: Patricia I. (Hill) Stump, Perry Township, and Carol S. (Hill) Muller, Greenwich Township; a son, Robert M. Hill, Manheim; one brother, Mylan Schaeppell, Hamburg, nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc, 40 South 4th St., Hamburg.
Burial will be in Zion's Cemetery, Perry Township.
A viewing will be held Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m.
