Evelyn M. Hartman, 85, Ridge Lawn, Windsor Township, died May 11, 2008, at 1:20 p.m. in her residence.
Her husband, Ralph B. Hartman, died March 31, 1996.
Born in Shoemakersville, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Mabel M. (Strausser) Hinnershitz.
She was a 1940 graduate of Perry High School.
Evelyn was a member of First United Church of Christ, Hamburg.
Surviving are two daughters, Nadine S. (Hartman), wife of Rodney J. Lingo, Holtwood, Lancaster County; and Gailette M. (Hartman), wife of Eric B. Green, Perry Township.
Other survivors include a brother, Carl Hinnershitz, Shoemakersville.
There are also three grandchildren: Scott Lingo, Nathanael Green and Erica Green; and a great-granddaughter, Katarina Lingo.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Leibensperger Funeral Homes Inc., Hamburg (off-street parking in rear) with the Rev. Fred A. Diehl officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Hamburg. Friends may call Thursday 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
