Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County, died Oct. 24 in his residence.
He was the husband of Alice I. (Strausser) Manwiller.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Paul A. and Myrtle M. (Geiger) Manwiller.
Manwiller had been employed for many years as a finish machine operator by Wolfe Dye and Bleach Works, Shoemakersville, retiring in 1980. He additionally worked as a self-employed farmer in West Brunswick Township.
He was a member of First Assembly of God, Fleetwood.
Manwiller was an Army veteran of World War II.
He is also survived by two stepsons, Ronald Oswald, Bern Township, and Edward E. Oswald, Mertztown.
Other survivors include two brothers, Ralph, Lebanon, and Walter, Bernville; and two sisters, Jean (Manwiller) Christ and Mary (Manwiller) Loy, both of West Reading.
There are also 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by two stepdaughters, Gladys E. (Oswald) Mayer, in 1981, and Shirley R. (Oswald) Oswald, in 1986.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Leibensperger Funeral Homes Inc., Hamburg. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery.
