PALMYRA - Alfred P. Gerberich, 77, of 526 S. Harrison St. died Tuesday in Hershey Medical Center.
He was retired from Hershey Foods Corp.; a World War II veteran; and was a member of Palm Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mabel Balsbaugh Gerberich of Palmyra; two sons, Alfred H. of Raleigh, N.C., and Stanley R. of St. Joseph, Mich.; a daughter, Phyllis Gecker of Newtown; three sisters, Ellen Rhoad, and Emma and Jennie, all of Palmyra; six grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in his church. Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, North Londonderry Twp.
Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Rothermel Funeral Home and from 9: 30 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to his church, South Railroad and West Cherry streets, Palmyra 17078.
