METKUS ROBERT JOHN JOSEPH At rest, June 4, 2002. Dearly beloved husband of 46 years to Dolores and loving father of Andrea Metkus, MD; brother of John J. Metkus, Jr. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A native of Shenandoah, Penn. aged 74 years. He and his family had lived in Northridge and La Quinta for many years. He and Mrs. Metkus relocated to the Bay area recently. HE was a US Army Staff Sgt. from 1945 -1947 in the European theatre. He was a Manufacturing and Plant Mgr. for several major companies including Litton Aerospace. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Wednesday at Noon at St. Dunstan's Church in Millbrae. Committal, Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma. The family would greatly appreciate memorial contributions to Mills-Peninsula Foundation, 1783 El Camino Real, Burlingame, 94010.
