Charlotte L. "Honey" Eckert Charlotte L. Eckert, 78, of Reading, passed away Friday, July 30th, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading. Charlotte was born in Reading, PA on April 17, 1943, a daughter of the late Sadie E. (Nittinger) and Samuel I Eckert. She worked as a Customer Service Representative at Volkswagen of Reading. Charlotte is survived by her sister Shirley Cirulli an many loving nieces and nephews along with her close friends Linda Landell and Jennifer Landell Bezts. She was predeceased by her sister Fern and brothers Bill, Lloyd, Donald Earl and Art. She will be missed by all! "Honey" enjoyed boating, fishing, crabbing, camping, farmers markets, day trips to just about everywhere, vacations at the Delaware shore and listening to her favorite "Oldies." Friends and relatives are invited to call from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 5 at Feeney Funeral Home in Reading, PA A Religious Service will be held at 10 AM. Interment will follow in her family plot at Schwarzwald Cemetery.
