Born on April 21, 1945 in Lincoln, she was a daughter and step daughter of the late Lloyd Moyer and Sarah Yost Dinger and Albert "Pap" Dinger. She was a graduate of Tremont High School and a member of St. Paul's UCC in Ravine. Judith was a bartender for the Pine Grove Fish & Game and Pine Grove VFW and was a member of both organizations. She loved camping. Preceding her in death were a brother Karl Moyer and a sister Thelma Spittler. Surviving are her husband of 29 years, Patrick Tomb. Per Judy's request, there were be no services.
