Josephine M. Adams, 73, of West Lawn passed away at her residence on February 20, 2013.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Erb)Vanino.
Josephine was a 1957 graduate of West Reading High School.
She worked as bank teller for many years, mostly working for the Bank of Pennsylvania. Following her retirement, she took great pride and joy in babysitting her four grandchildren.
Mrs. Adams was a member of West Lawn United Methodist Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, Peter K. Adams.
She was the loving mother of Peter K. Adams of West Lawn and Gregory S. Adams, husband of Doreen E., of Sinking Spring, and loving Nona to Rachel M., Andrew M., Nicholas P., and Christopher A.; brother, Michael J. Vanino, husband of Pat K., of Kenhorst.
Also surviving is Josephine's canine companion, Oreo.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
