Eva I. Weber, 87, formerly of Pottsville, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in Orwigsburg Center with her loving family by her side.
Born on August 20, 1930 in Wayne Twp., she was a daughter of the late Ramon Lewis and Stella Lavera Deibert Faust.
She was a member of St. John's Reformed Church, Friedensburg and a graduate of Cressona High School.
Eva worked many years in the garment industry. She loved gardening and watching her flowers grow and bloom. She also had a passion for traveling and visited all seven continents in the world with Antarctica and the penguins being her favorite.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Carl H. Weber in June 1995; and a brother, Allen Ramon Faust in Nov. 2017.
Surviving are a son, David A. Weber of Camp Hill; five sisters, Lottie Pascoe of Wernersville, Sue Gerber of Port Carbon, Rose Athas of Reading, Carlene Faust of Friedensburg, Alice Ricketson of Pottsville; two brothers, Daniel and wife, Shirley Faust of Friedensburg, Roy and wife, Barbara Ann Faust of Cressona; three goddaughters, Lisa Klaburner, Lori Landis and Lynn Kless, all of Jonestown; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove with Pastor Larry Doughan officiating. There will be a viewing on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in St. John's Reformed Cemetery, Friedensburg.
